- photos delivered 30-60 days after project commission
- digital scans and negatives become express property of client upon final payment
- 35mm film, development and scanning costs (~$200) included in price
- development and scanning done by J&S Photo
- 1/2 of commission cost required as deposit
- 2% cash, gold or silver discount
- 5% credit card fee, 2% daily wire-transfer fee
- checks payable to Last Man Enterprises, LLC
